Mighty-O supports the local community by donating gift-certificates to local non-profit organizations for their fundraising events. This month, you can find Mighty-O at the following events:
- February 7: Community for Youth Dinner and Auction. Community for Youth is an award-winning mentoring and development program that pairs at-risk students from three Seattle Public High Schools facing significant challenges - Cleveland, Rainier Beach, and Chief Sealth - with adult mentors who commit to helping them succeed in school and in life. More than 90 percent of students who stay in CfY's programs graduate from High School!
- February 7: Olympic View Elementary PTA Annual Auction. The funds raised at this event are used at Olympic View Elementary for student enrichment programs as well as tools and materials for hands-on learning through field trips, classroom supplies, books, and new technology.
- February 27: Children's Home Society of Washington Here's to Hope Wine-Tasting. Here's to Hope will feature an assortment of Washington wineries, appetizers, and a silent auction, held at the Arctic Club Hotel in downtown Seattle. Each year, Children's Home Society of Washington reaches over 36,000 children and their families in 30 different locations across the state.
